These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.mckinneymedia.co (“Site”) and McKinney Media LLC’s services. This Site is owned and operated by McKinney Media LLC. By using this Site or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site or our services.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE THAT IMPACTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, text, logos, videos, downloadable files, and any material created by McKinney Media LLC, is protected by copyright and remains the property of McKinney Media LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

Age Restrictions

Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Site and engage with services. Individuals under 18 may use the Site with parental consent but must be at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 13 years old.

Acceptable Use

By accessing our Site, you agree not to:

Services and Deliverables

McKinney Media LLC offers the following services:

• Photography, video, marketing, graphic design, consulting, and educational services.

Turnaround Times (unless otherwise stated in a written agreement):

• Photography Deliverables: Within 7 business days.

• Video Deliverables: Within 14 business days.

• Website Deliverables: 30 days or more, depending on project scope.

• Educational Services Deliverables: As outlined in the specific course or program agreement.

Expedited Services: Available for an additional fee.

Revisions: Clients may request one free revision within 3 business days of receiving deliverables. Additional revisions are subject to fees starting at $100.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full or at least a 50% deposit to confirm bookings. Remaining balances must be paid before deliverables are provided.

Late Payments: Unpaid invoices will incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. McKinney Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for unpaid invoices. Clients are responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

 • Clients may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

 • Rescheduling or cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit and may incur a $100 fee or more.

• No Call, No Show: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or failure to cancel within the allowed time will result in a charge of the full service amount and potential additional fees.

Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered. Services may be rescheduled with proper notice, but downgrades are not permitted.

Social Media and Marketing Credit

Clients must credit McKinney Media LLC (@mckinneymedia.co) when using our deliverables in marketing, advertising, or on social media.

Quality Standards

We do not release unedited photo or video files to maintain quality and brand standards. Deliverables include fully edited materials only, consistent with our creative style.

Educational Services

Clients who enroll in educational services agree to adhere to specific course requirements and participation policies. Deliverables and schedules for educational content will be outlined in the course agreement.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through mediation. If unresolved, arbitration will be used. Small claims court and intellectual property disputes are exceptions to this process. The costs of mediation or arbitration will be borne by the unsuccessful party.

Changes to Terms

McKinney Media LLC may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Site.
